One of the biggest talking points in America today is the idea of "democracy." Would it shock you to know that the United States of America isn't a democracy? The founding fathers actually established the United States as a constitutional republic.
President Geiger gives a concise introduction about your Republic.
Our Pledge of Allegiance, "the Republic, for which it stands," demonstrates that our government is indeed, a republic, not a democracy.
The Republic for the United States of America is the only lawful interim government for the United States of America. Our American Republic was lawfully re-inhabited in 2010.
You have recently heard in the media that the Republic for the United States of America (The American Republic) has been re-inhabited. This is true. This is not a new government. This interim government is the continuation of the government that our founding fathers began in 1776. It is that original government that your fellow Americans have re-inhabited.
This may be shocking news to you, but it is the best news you may have ever heard about your country. It may take you a bit of study to understand how over the last 100 years or more our constitutional government has been stolen from the American People.
We have provided you with the documentation necessary to begin your journey towards learning the truth and understanding our history. Again, the government that the founding fathers started in 1776 is back, restored, and available to you. All Americans deserve to be back under the protections of the Constitution along with the Bill of Rights.
Thank God for President Donald J. Trump! He is the spearhead of the Republic.
Who knows, the American people might be blessed to have someone with business acumen to serve as President and CEO of the US Corporation alongside of the President of the Republic to ensure a smooth transition back to a lawful, peaceful society.
One in which there is liberty and justice for all.
The United States de jure government (the Republic) and its subordinate corporate UNITED STATES operated side by side up until the civil war era, each performing their designated constitutional functions delegated by the American People.
Through a series of unlawful actions over many decades, our Republic was abandoned, and the corporate UNITED STATES was allowed to dominate in its stead.
In addition to that, State Citizens were transitioned to residents with their unalienable rights being replaced with privileges though the use of contracts. In the early 2000’s, hard-working patriots realized that there was a lawful way to restore our Republic.
In 2010 the American People elected statesmen and delegates from the free States in union gathered to establish an interim government as the 1st Congressional Assembly for the Republic of the United States of America. This gathering effectively established the first functional de jure interim government since the 1870s when the American Republic was vacated.
They then convened the first lawful de jure Republic Congress with a quorum of members of Congress who were not civil officers. This lawfully convened Republic Continental Congress lawfully reclaimed the American Republic on behalf of the American People. So, since November of 2010, the Republic for the United States of America has been the only lawful de jure government in America, however ONLY in a provisional (interim) capacity.
In short, the American People have taken the necessary steps to lawfully re-inhabit our republican form of governance. We will remain interim and parallel with the de facto Corporate UNITED STATES until the majority of Americans want their representative American Republic back (see the Executive Summary for details.)
Allan Saxe, an associate professor of political science at The University of Texas at Arlington, explores the founder's intent.
The United States Constitution establishes our Nation’s government powers, the goals of the government, and most importantly, the citizen’s individual rights. These aspects of the Constitution rest upon the principles of the Constitution. These principles are:
The Constitution comprises three sections, namely the Preamble, the Articles, and the Bill of Rights. Throughout these sections, the principles of the constitution reoccur and build upon one another, which is what makes our nation’s founding document strong and meaningful.
The Vision of our Forefathers Why did they establish a Republican Form of Government? First of all, they envisioned a government that would not allow for the violation of individual rights. In other words, this unique form of government would not allow for the majority, or the government, itself, to override the God Given Unalienable Rights of the minority. As seen from the eyes of a Frenchman, Alexis de Tocqueville, who examined America in 1855: What is called the republic in the United States, is the tranquil rule of the majority, which, after having had time to examine itself, and to give proof of its existence, is the common source of all the powers of the state. But the power of the majority is not of itself unlimited. In the moral world humanity, justice, and reason, enjoy an undisputed supremacy; in the political world vested rights are treated with no less deference. The majority recognises these two barriers; and if it now and then oversteps them, it is because, like individuals, it has passions, and like them, it is prone to do what is wrong, while it discerns what is right.
Arthur R. Thompson provides a glimpse into his newest book, "To the Victor Go the Myths & Monuments," which focuses on the history of the first 100 years of war against God and the Constitution, 1776-1876, and its modern impact.
In episode 17 of Myths VS Facts Art Thompson discusses Young America and their mission to use the United States as the base with which to conquer the world into a one world international government – a new world order. This meant acquiring new territories such as Canada, Mexico, Nicaragua and more of the Western Hemisphere.
This will be a week of decision in Washington. As supporters of the "shadow government" demand the Senate reject Trump's choices to "drain the swamp", the Senators must hear from their constituents who are tired of funding endless wars driven by false intelligence, which endanger U.S. security and prosperity. As for Netanyahu's visit, there is an alternative to waging war against the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank: LaRouche's "Oasis Plan", which provides a powerful incentive for a lasting peace based on mutual development.
